This shirt is part of our Small Batch program. It was first released in 2019 and is on its third run. Only 55 shirts were made.

About Small Batch #96: This season we decided to release our most popular shirt- The NYTD Blue- in different colors and fabrics. This is the second in the series and made with an army-green brushed flannel from the same family and mill as our other brushed flannels.

Our roots are in the custom shirt world and our mission to create the ultimate shirt is guided by that history. Every Zip Fit shirt is imbued with the same qualities and standards and because we sell directly to our customers we can price them at half of what they would cost in a bricks and mortar store:

The Zip Fit Shirt, Explained.

Our patented Zip Fit design was created with one goal in mind: to be the Best Fitted Shirt on the Planet.

Best Shirt Ever!

Just an awesome shirt. It makes you look better than you should lol. I have broad shoulders and strong arms, but I’m what you might call “skinny fat”. I’ve got a little pudge that I need to lose, but it hides it very well. Amazing fit. Accentuates the best features and hides the not so great. I will say that the website said I was a 3, but I would size up if you have any stomach fat. The size 4 is perfect.

Many shirts show pockets on website, but when shipped, NO POCKETS on shirt. Pockets are important / key for me, and I had to return. I already have several no pocket Teddy shirts for this same reason. Also many of my prior shirts, the Zipper has BROKEN after about 1 year of wear. I wash myself on "perm. press" cycle and dry on "medium gentle". But I can still use the broken zipper shirts.

Shirt is a staple

I just checked my account and I have 18 of these shirts now so I have established myself as something of a regular customer. The slim fit is perfect for someone of my build (size 2 / 6ft /175lbs). I would give 5 stars but the zipper pull tends to fall off the shirts after about 6 months -- not a deal breaker, it just makes pulling the zipper up an exercise in pinching the slider. A few suggestions for you to consider:
-- A better quality zipper pull/slide
-- A metal collar stay (I don't use the stay down collar function but metal collar stays still work with it)
-- It would also be nice if there was some sort of incentive program for frequent buyers, hint, hint.

Great feedback and noted on the frequent buyer point. We will be rolling out a VIP program and subscription program shortly when we launch our app. Regarding the zipper pull: this shouldn’t happen. Is it possible that your cleaners may be damaging the zipper during the pressing process? This happens sometimes if they aren’t aware that there is a zipper and they press them like normal shirts.
