Long sleeve dress shirt

I got this shirt as a gift for my boyfriend. Normally, his button-up shirts tend to gap open around the midsection, and sometimes they even come unbuttoned—at least the shirts he wears from State and Liberty do. However, this one solved that issue. I haven’t seen him wear it yet, but he mentioned that the zipper is basically invisible, the fit is great.
The material is definitely on the thicker side. He’s worried it might get hot, but I reminded him that he’s usually in an air-conditioned restaurant when he wears the shirt. Personally, I think the thicker material might be a good thing because it could provide more structure and won’t be see-through in the chest area like his white State and Liberty shirts. If I’m able to update this review, I’ll let you know when I see it in person.

Holy Grail of Dress Shirts for Athletic Body Types

I've been shopping for shirts for my fiancée for two years, trying to find something that flatters his tapered waist and athletic arms, while also complementing his chest and broad back. I've spent a lot of money on shirts that fit one part well, but not the other, not doing justice to his athletic build. Most often, the chest would be baggy if it fit the waist, or if the waist fit, the chest would be too tight and would pop open. This shirt looks fantastic on him.
