Choosing your size

  • Use chest first if you are slim or athletic through the midsection.
  • Use waist/midsection first if you carry more around the belly.
  • Size up for a looser fit or extra sleeve room.

How to measure

  • Chest: fullest point under the arms.
  • Waist: around the belly button, not pant size.
  • Sleeve: center back neck to wrist over a bent elbow.

Gabardine was invented by Thomas Burberry in 1879 and is a strong tightly woven fabric closely related to twill.

This shirt fits the same as all of our other Zip Fit shirts so, if you prefer a looser 1936 fit, we recommend sizing up.
